Pilot terms

Effective October 2, 2026. SnapAccruals is an early bonus-accrual preparation tool provided by Jayant Manwani.

Intended use

Use the pilot to prepare and review draft monthly bonus accrual calculations. It does not approve accounting entries, post to an ERP, determine tax treatment or replace your company’s accounting policies and review procedures.

Your inputs and review

Provide only files you have authority to process. Confirm all mappings, assumptions and rules. Review results and exports before using them for accounting. Do not provide passwords, bank details, government identifiers or unrelated personal information.

Pilot availability

The pilot currently has no payment collection. Features and availability may change; capacity limits may interrupt use. There is no stated service-level commitment.

Ownership

You retain ownership of the data you provide. The calculation service’s source code is not included in the connector package. Public availability of the connector does not grant ownership of SnapAccruals’s software or branding.
