A formula you can check

Annual salary × annual bonus % ÷ 12 × accrual % × eligible days ÷ days in month.

For $120,000 salary, 12% annual bonus, a 10% accrual rate and 10 of 30 eligible days, the monthly bonus accrual is $40.00.
